Health Care Reform Strategies
Bill Lindsay has been at the forefront of health care/insurance reform since the early 1990’s. He lead a successful effort to rewrite Colorado’s insurance laws before health care reform efforts began. He has testified before Congress numerous times, consulted with the Congressional Research Service and the Rand Corporation on insurance design, and has met with each of the last four Presidential administrations on health care reform.
Bill has chaired Colorado’s Child Health Plan Policy Board, the Blue Ribbon Commission for Health Reform, and the Commission on Affordable Health Care for Colorado.
He is a recognized policy expert and is often sought out to speak on these topics.
